GreenCap Investments (Pty) Ltd (“GreenCap”) is a South African based company established in 2015 with the purpose to deliver financing solutions that will enable landowners to realize immediate value from long term notarial leases entered into with renewable energy projects.

GreenCap shareholders have been active in the South African renewable energy sector since 2008 and have a successful track record in developing, financing and managing renewable energy projects.

WHO WE ARE

Greencap Investments have developed a number of financing products that would benefit landowners who have operational renewable energy projects on their land enabling those land owners to unlock value in the short term term from long term leases.

Greencap Investments is the only company in South Africa that have successfully commercialized long term lease payments in the renewable energy sector.
